Overview

I am a Research Associate within the School of Healthcare Sciences. My work focuses on workforce issues in healthcare, such as recruitment and retention, and the introduction of new roles.

Alongside my PhD, I worked as a Research Assistant on COGOV (Co Production and Co Governance: Strategic Management, Public Value and Co Creation in the Renewal of Public Agencies across Europe); an EU-funded project, in partnership with other UK and EU universities and institutions.
