We aim to preserve and improve our major innovation and development links with business.

As one of Wales' international anchor organisations, we will support the Welsh economy by:

• helping to retain the current level of high quality companies in Wales
• attracting new quality companies to Wales.

We will achieve this by providing ready access to our talent, knowledge and services, enabling businesses to innovate and grow. This will hopefully increase the demand and supply of high-skilled employment, and contribute to the growth of the Welsh economy.

We will also develop further links with business within Wales, in the UK and internationally as part of our aim to boost growth and prosperity for the University and for Wales as a whole.
