The following three residences are available for you to visit:

1. Senghennydd Hall

• £169 per week for 2024/2025
• Part-catered, en-suite
• 5 minutes’ walk from Main Building
• City centre location.

Last entry 15:45. Entrance on Senghennydd Road

2. Talybont Court

• £153 per week for 2024/2025
• Self-catered, en-suite
• 15 minutes walk from Main Building

An accessible flat is available to view on request only. Please speak to a member of staff at the residence for further details.

3. Talybont South

• £151 per week for 2024/2025
• Self-catered, en-suite
• 20 minutes walk from Main Building
• Shuttle bus available on Open Day.

Duration: Allow at least 45 minutes for round trip, including viewing (last entry at 15:45)

A shuttle bus is available for tours of Talybont Court and Talybont South. The Heath Park shuttle bus also stops at the Talybont Residences on its return journey to the Cathays Park Campus.
