Adam Street Gardens offers students a home in the heart of the city with on-site communal area and a free, well-equipped gym. This hall is particularly convenient for students studying Engineering, Physics and Astronomy or Computer Science but also within walking distance of all Cathays Park campus.
Unite requires all residents to have a guarantor. If residents do not have a guarantor then full payment of rent is required prior to, or on arrival.
During the 2024-25 academic year, Unite will be carrying out works to the external facade of this property between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. You will hear noise disruption during working hours, and experience some reduced light to your room at times. Unite will communicate notice of these works ahead of them starting and update you through the process.
