Summer short stays
Self-catered rooms are available for minimum 7 nights stay.
Registered Cardiff University students only.
Information for summer 2025 will be published in March 2025
If you are currently living in University accommodation and want to stay after your contract ends on 26 June 2024:
- rooms are available from 26 June 2024 up to 11 September 2024 for £20.38 per night at Talybont South (minimum 7 nights stay)
- all rooms are en-suite single occupancy with shared kitchen
- apply online via SIMS portal before 12 June 2024
All other Cardiff University student summer stays:
- rooms are available from 03 July 2024 up to 11 September 2024 (minimum 7 nights stay)
- stays for 7 to 28 nights at Senghennydd Court for £30 per night
- stays of 29 nights or more at Cartwright Court or Senghennydd Court are at a discounted rate of £25 per night
- all rooms are single occupancy with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
- bookings must be received at least 2 working days in advance
