Improving allied health professional communication and practice
This project seeks to create change using research findings about family experiences of vegetative and minimally conscious states.
Research details
This project will:
- create additional sections, reach and impact for our award-winning healthtalk.org module
- develop curriculum materials for professionals
- deliver pilot training and enable its uptake in undergraduate and CPD contexts (including via on-line tools) and
- evaluate subsequent changes in understanding, practice and communication between families and allied health professionals (AHP) working with severely brain injured patients.
