HRM real-time PCR
During July/August 2016 BIOSI will be taking delivery of two Roche LightCycler 96 instruments and a Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q 5plex. These state-of-the art real-time PCR systems offer multiple channel signal detection and high-resolution melting (HRM) point analysis which will allow mutation detection and complex target quantification experiments
