Details | This system will allow you to rapidly scan gels (eg SDS PAGE gels) for quantitative direct or indirect fluorescence (FITC, GFP, Tx-RED, Alexa Dyes such as -488 and -594) , detection of isotopes 3H, 14C, 125I, 32P, 33P, 35S. Ethidium Bromide can also be detected with this system. |

Costs
Internal users
£10 for single applications or use for one hour. We have two small and two large Screens (storage Phosphor) for internal users. Currently there is no charge for using these for up to 24 hr exposures.
External users
£15 for single applications or use for one hour.
Please contact facility supervisors for costs for industrial usage.
