Leica DMIRB wide field microscope with the following Filter cubes:
Leica Code A- UV- BP 340-380nm,
Leica Code I3 (Blue) BP 450-490 nm
The system has also filter wheels/Triple band filter sets (Chroma Technology Corp) allowing for single band excitation for DAPI/FITC/Texas Red
