Strategic equality plan

Our Strategic Equality Plan 2024-2028 sets out our vision for Cardiff University to embed equality, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism across all areas of our institution.

Our plan includes three objectives and covers the protected characteristics of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex (gender) and sexual orientation. The plan also covers our commitment to the Welsh language and to working in an intersectional way.

Our plan is both inwards and outwards focused, as we look to be more meaningfully integrated in our local and global communities.
