Neurodivergence in the workplace

Neurodivergence refers to natural variations in the human brain that affect how individuals interact with others, process information, manage attention, coordination and other functions.

Neurodivergence encompasses both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, however neurodivergence is often linked to specific conditions such as dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia, autism, developmental language disorder and Tourette’s syndrome.

Recent research indicates that approximately 1 in 7 people may be neurodivergent; as such, organisations need to understand how to harness the potential of neurodivergent employees.

Aim:

To empower attendees to harness the potential of neurodivergent staff in the workplace.
