Biography
Hugo Keene is an architect interested in exploring notions of craft, material, technology, and experience; his focus is on sustainability in the urban context and the manner in which architecture can facilitate positive change in the social condition.
Hugo is the founder of hwlk, a design-make studio working with a varied group of talented collaborators and assistants. The practice focuses primarily on architectural problems and urban issues.
