Overview
I was born in Hampshire, England and moved to Cardiff for my BA. My MA in Eighteenth-Century Studies comes from York University, after which I returned to Cardiff for my PhD.

Eighteenth-century poetry, John Milton, mapping, adaptation, space.
Thesis
Remapping Milton: New Cartographies of Influence
I examine the use of space in Miltonically influenced eighteenth-century poetry, beginning with the writers of the British Georgic and moving towards the Romantic period.
