Overview
About me
My research is focussed around volunteers and local environmental quality. In it, I work together with Keep Wales Tidy, researching the motivations, benefits, and impacts of volunteering, with a main focus on litter-picking. My research also focusses on the subsequential impact on neighbourhoods, environments and the community. We eventually hope to create a better understanding of the mutual benefits for communities and volunteers in urban areas.
I am also a teaching assitant within BSc programmes at the School of Psychology and the School of Geography and Planning. As well as being a tutor for the MA Urban Design.
