Research interests
I joined CCMRC in October 2013. During my time there, I was a general Surgeon in training working on my MD project, "The role of MAGI proteins in invasiveness of colorectal cancer." I found CCMRC to be an excellent academic environment and learnt a number of invaluable laboratory skills and techniques. The team was friendly and supportive and I made some very good friends from around the world. After finishing my research at CCMRC, I have returned to the clinical world to practice medicine with a continued future academic interest and to build relationships with researchers.
