How to apply
Applicants will be considered for entry to our postgraduate taught programme on an individual basis. Students are normally expected to hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Optometry from a university in the UK or Republic of Ireland, or from an equivalent institution recognised by Cardiff University.
Applying to study
Applying for a full qualification
If studying a full qualification (Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma, MSc), you can apply online.
Applying for individual modules
If you are applying to study just one or two modules as an occasional learner (also known as a non-degree student), please email pgoptom@cardiff.ac.uk and the team will advise.
Equipment requirements
As the majority of the course is delivered online you will need access to a computer with high speed internet access.
English language requirements
You will need to satisfy our requirements for entry to postgraduate courses, including our English language requirements.
