Some schools will send invitations later than others, particularly for events that will be happening later in the year. If you have not yet received an invitation email and your event is approaching in the next couple of weeks, please contact us.

What to expect

Offer Holder day is your chance to spend time with your academic school, gain a greater insight into your course, and take a closer look at the facilities and support services that form part of your wider experience.

Many academic schools offer:

  • overview sessions with detailed course information
  • subject activities including taster lectures, lab tours, demonstrations
  • opportunities to speak with staff and current students
  • extended Q&A sessions

If you are holding an offer for a dual honours degree, you have a couple of options for how to engage with your chosen academic schools:

1. The College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences run a Joint Honours Offer Holder Day which will take place on 19 March 2025.

2. If you are unable to attend the Joint Honours Offer Holder Day, you will be provided with the dates of events hosted by your academic school and will be able to register for one of those events.
