New Head of School

We are very pleased to welcome Professor Mark Gumbleton to his new role as Head of School commencing 1st September 2017.

Mark is well known to colleagues in the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, where he currently holds the post of Professor of Experimental Therapeutics. He is a very active member of research staff, both at School and at College level, and is extremely well respected across the University.

He follows in the footsteps of Professor Gary Baxter who takes up the role of Pro Vice-Chancellor of the College of Biomedical and Life Sciences.

We wish both Gary and Mark the very best in their new roles.
