SPPS Student Sarah Trenfield wins Burnby Memorial Bursary
15 April 2013
The British Society for the History of Pharmacy acts as a focus for the development of all areas of the history of Pharmacy.
Each year it awards the Burnby Memorial Bursary to a student at a School of Pharmacy or other higher educational establishment. The winner of the award then gives a presentation to the Annual Spring Conference of the British Society for the History of Pharmacy.
We are delighted to announce that this years winner is Sarah Trenfield from the Cardiff School of Pharmacy. Sarah gave a 30 minute talk on the history of Chlorpromazine at the 2013 conference in Liverpool.
