New MSc in Genetic and Genomic Counselling launched
22 February 2017
We are delighted to announce that we will shortly be opening recruitment for a new MSc in Genetic and Genomic Counselling for 2017/18.
This will be a three year, part time course (2 years taught, 1 year dissertation) which will be delivered through a combination of short teaching blocks (held in Wales) and innovative online learning.
As part of the launch of this new course, we would like to invite you to our upcoming 'Looking Back, Looking Forward' event on Friday 31st March 2017, where we will be celebrating 15 years of our very successful 2-year, full-time, face-to-face MSc in Genetic Counselling and introducing the new course.
The event will be attended by academics who have contributed to the course in the past and will continue to do so into the future, as well as both past students (currently working as genetic counsellors across the UK and in the Republic of Ireland) and our final cohort of students for the face-to-face MSc in Genetic Counselling.
In the meantime, if you would like more information on applying for the course please contact the PGT Admissions team or
