Norman C Lloyd Scholarship awarded to MChem student

The Norman C Lloyd Scholarship has been awarded to Jessica Powell, a current first year student on the MChem Chemistry.

The £1,000 scholarship is awarded every year to a first year chemistry student from Wales (or who has lived in Wales for at least 3 years) studying full-time at Cardiff University. Students should have achieved ABB at A-Level (or equivalent) to be eligible. The scholarship is awarded by a panel of representatives from the School.

The Norman C Lloyd Scholarship was established in 2014 by the Royal Society of Chemistry in Belgium in memory of Dr Lloyd who was born and bred in Cardiff, and a Cardiff University alumnus.
