Celebrating conference honour

Cardiff Business School postgraduate research student recognised at major international conference.
Visiting PhD student, Afsheen Fatima, who is supervised by Professor Rick Delbridge from the Management, Employment and Organisation section, was on award-winning form at the International Conference on Education and Management (ICEM) 2016.
Afsheen won the Best Paper (Young Researcher) award for her paper titled: Antecedents and outcomes of employee well-being.
The 2016 ICEM was organised by the International Academic Association of Researchers in Humanities, IT, Engineering & Science (IAARHIES) and held in London 5 -6 October.
