SPARK community members selected for GW4 Crucible programme

At SPARK (The Social Science Research Park), we are delighted to share that several members of the SPARK community have been selected for the GW4 Crucible 2025, an early career researcher leadership programme designed to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and research impact.
This year’s SPARK participants are:
- Jess Hoare – Research Associate, Centre for the Creative Economy
- Shujun Liu – Research Associate, DECIPHer
- Hayley Trowbridge – Research Fellow, SPARK
- Enrique Uribe-Jongbloed – Research Fellow, Centre for the Creative Economy
- Sofia Vougioukalou – Research Fellow, Centre for Social Care Research
GW4 Crucible brings together 30 future research leaders to develop cross-institutional and interdisciplinary collaboration skills through a series of labs and networking opportunities. The programme is part of GW4, an alliance of four leading research-intensive universities—Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, and Exeter—committed to collaboration and driving innovation across academia, industry, and civic society.
