Watch: Why does Labour win in Wales?

Richard Wyn Jones gave a lecture at the National Eisteddfod for Cardiff University, marking a centenary of Labour electoral dominance in Wales and explaining the underpinning factors around national identity, support for self-government and political values.

The lecture at Tregaron drew heavily on data from the Welsh Election Study, using analysis by researchers Ed Poole, Jac Larner and James Griffiths.
