At the CPD Unit, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, and we constantly strive to improve.
We are proud to hold the Customer Service Excellence® standard. Our customer charter sets out what you can expect from us.

We've been rewarded with some lovely feedback over the last few months, both from colleagues within the University and customers taking part in CPD activities. Here's a selection of some of the comments:
