Welsh and Scottish Election Studies to be unveiled to the public
27 May 2021
Cardiff University’s Wales Governance Centre is to hold a public webinar unveiling the initial findings of the Scottish and Welsh Election Studies 2021, which were carried out by teams working across six universities and which mark the most extensive ever surveys into devolved elections in the UK to date.
With the elections in both countries having produced landmark results for the governing parties, the studies provide analysis and explanation for voter behaviour with significant implications for the devolution and the future of the UK.
At a Zoom webinar on Wednesday 9th June, presentations will be given outlining new insights on how and why people in Wales and Scotland voted the way they did, from responses to party campaigns and leaders, to questions on national identity and political values.
The event is open to all and registration is available by following this link.
