Influencing Arthritis Research: Patient and Public Involvement event

At the end of January, the Cardiff University Biomechanics and Bioengineering Research Centre Versus Arthritis held a successful Public Involvement event at Cardiff City Stadium. We received a wealth of incredibly useful feedback from patients and members of the public, and had some inspiring and informative discussions. At the end of the event, 100% of respondents agreed that they felt their attendance had made a difference to future research at Cardiff University and 96% agreed that their knowledge or understanding towards research had changed after the event. We would like to thank all those who attended and look forward to continuing to involve patients and the public in our research.
