The Cardiff LBA

The Cardiff LBA (Leadership and Business Administration) course is designed to be a mini, work-based taster of the Executive MBA programme. It’s created for current and future leaders to gain essential business knowledge and the confidence needed to enable to take a leading role in your organisation. The LBA is flexible and designed to fit around work commitments; sessions are taught via eight study days, each focusing on a key area, for example, Digital Leadership, Operations Management, and Strategic Leadership.

Lean Six Sigma

Lean is a key approach that the best leaders know how to practice – enabling organisations to identify and eliminate defects, mistakes and failures, and apply techniques and tools to improve efficiencies.

The Lean Six Sigma programme is a very practical programme that teaches attendees the role of lean in business. The well-established approach introduces tools and techniques to create transformational change, and crucially also examines how to apply them in real world business scenarios.
