Three current students and alumni have had scores chosen by BBC National Orchestra of Wales for a project showcasing works by living composers worthy of wider exposure.
PhD student Martin Humphries and alumni Carol Jones and David Roche are among the seven composers chosen for the project.
The composers will take part in public workshops with BBC NOW at BBC Hoddinott Hall on Thursday 25 February, Wednesday 27 April, and Thursday 28 April, followed by a free concert featuring highlights from the project on Thursday 28 April.
All of these are open to the public and free to attend. Tickets are available from the BBC NOW Audiences Line on 0800 052 1812.
