Minister calls for ‘radical change’ to UK state

Professor Richard Wyn Jones, Director of Cardiff University’s Wales Governance Centre, chaired a significant speech by Jeremy Miles AM at the National Eisteddfod, which took place in Llanrwst earlier this month.

Mr Miles, the Welsh Government’s Counsel General and Brexit Minister, addressed the future of the union, devolution and Brexit, calling for recognition that the UK is a voluntary association of nations.
