Getting ready to welcome 106 Chinese delegates for Management & Innovation programme
11 June 2018
Cardiff University is looking forward to welcoming 106 mid and senior level delegates from Universities across China, in the third annual summer programme.
Delivered by senior University staff, the programme is commissioned and funded by the China Scholarship Council.
The delegates arrive in mid-June, and will take part in a 12-week programme of lectures, sharing sessions and visits to research facilities across the city. The programme focusses on management and innovation, and also works to encourages collaboration and idea-sharing between Wales and China.
The University has a long-standing relationship with China, with many formal academic links and strategic partnership agreements with universities across the country for both research collaboration and student exchange.
This is the third annual programme in association with the China Scholarship Council, and is a result of a Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2015, in the presence of China’s Vice Premier, Madam LIU Yandong during her visit in Wales.
