Translating documents

If any of the documents you are submitting are not in English, a fully certified translation by a professional translator must also be submitted.

This includes any references, qualifications, transcripts, bank statements and bank letters.

This translation must include:

• Confirmation that it is an accurate translation of the document
• Date of translation
• Full name and signature of the translator or an official from the translation company
• Translator or translation company’s contact details

The Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) provide a directory of qualified translators who may be able to help with translation services. Their free search facility lists UK based companies offering professional translating services who you can then contact directly.
