Booking a Meeting Room
The Cardiff Medicentre has a small and large conference room available for hire.
The small conference room, which is named the 'Allenbanks Suite', is able to fit up to 10 people in a board room style. The large conference room, which is named the 'Heath Suite', is able to fit up to 14 people in board room style and up to 30 people in seminar style.
Both rooms are equipped with hybrid technology for hosting Zoom and Microsoft Teams video calls and are installed with the following:
- WiFi and Internet Access
- 68" & 54" HD TVs With Remotes
- Mirroring / Wireless Display / Casting via HDMI
- HD Camera With Motion Following
- Speakers
- Microphones
- Wireless Keyboards

- Large Conference Room - External - £26.00 per hour
- Small Conference Room - External - £21.00 per hour
- Flask of Coffee - £8.00
- Flask of Tea - £6.00
- Biscuits per pack of 2 - £0.25
