We are a modern facility providing multi-functional working spaces and professional support for biotech and medtech startups.
Since 1992 we have offered dedicated desks, offices and laboratories to a wide variety of companies. This is underpinned by a knowledgeable and vibrant business team accompanied by an eminent and visionary strategic board.
This joint venture between us and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board has resulted in the successful acceleration of many tenant's businesses into the local and global healthcare and life sciences ecosystem.
