Statement by the Head of the School of Law and Politics – Friday 20th November, 2020

Professor Urfan Khaliq said: “The passing of a young life, with its potential, promise and future still to be realised is the most difficult of all losses. Cardiff University is a community; we exist for our students and while they are studying here, they are part of us and we of them. Megan’s passing has come as a shock to us all, staff and students alike. We, however, have only known Megan for a few months. The loss to her family and friends is immeasurable. They are all in our thoughts and prayers. We are here to support them as we can.”
