Law, Politics and Governance
We undertake cross-disciplinary collaborations with our Political Science and International Relations colleagues on matters of multi-level constitutional governance, environmental sustainability, and international legal relations.
Our community of researchers make critical contributions to governance issues of pressing concern – from Brexit and its consequences for citizenship and for the territorial constitution, matters of asylum and human rights protections, to responses to activities such as fracking and the use of nanotechnology.
We engage with stakeholders including political institutions such as Welsh Government and Senedd Cymru, Westminster and Whitehall, and the European Union (EU).
