Leave and working hours
We provide a generous leave entitlement (either 32 or 37 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays) from your first day of employment with us.
A standard 35-hour working week applies to the majority of jobs in the University.
Study leave
Members of academic staff may apply for study leave to develop research or teaching activities for the benefit of the University, as well as personal development.
Family-friendly policies
There are various pay and leave options available to new and expectant parents, including shared parental leave.
