Religious Studies and Theology
We study the histories, cultures, literatures, and beliefs of a wide range of religious cultures including Christian, Hinduism, Islamic, Judaism, Buddhist, as well as the native religious practices of Africa and the Americas.
We explore how people engage with religion as living traditions in their personal lives and in contemporary societies.
We use a range of disciplinary approaches: anthropological, ethical, historical, sociological and literary.
