HCT021 - Science of Performance and Injury in Sport
This module will enable you to critically evaluate the response of the sportsperson and active individual to exercise and preparation for specific activity.
You will also assess the physiological, biomechanical and psychological factors that influence injuries and performance/adherence within sport and exercise.
This is a compulsory module for the MSc Sports Physiotherapy, and can also be studied as a stand alone module for Physiotherapists.

A first degree or diploma giving a licence to practice in the relevant health profession and two years post registration experience.
