Quality Control Technologies
Precise quantification of both input material and adaptor libraries is critical to the success of an Illumina sequencing run. The GRH is equipped with a Qubit 3.0 fluorometer and an Agilent TapeStation. We also have Applied Biosystems StepOne real-time PCR and QuantStudio 3D digital PCR system for absolute quantification of adaptor libaries.
