Lynne joined the Community Gateway team in October 2015. Her work focuses on programme design, sustainability and strategic development; building and brokering connections across the University and community, and developing and evaluating a programme of activities with the community of Grangetown.

Lynne's interests include creative collaboration, community engagement, co-production and youth information work.
Lynne has worked in the private, public and third sectors as both Product Manager and Project Manager. Lynne’s experience includes managing a national engagement project involving volunteers in the design and development of thematic research studies; heading up the content, systems and communications department of a national youth information services charity delivering on a £1.2m government-funded project to upskill young people in digital multimedia and developing ranges of healthcare products designed to help people manage their own health and wellbeing. Lynne is passionate about working with people to help them achieve their goals and make a difference.
Lynne holds a BA Hons in Industrial Design from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff.
