6 Hydref 2016
Cardiff Business School is pleased to announce the creation of two new Placement Awards which recognise the professional successes of undergraduate students on placement.
During this year’s annual Awards Ceremony, where a range of awards will be presented to undergraduate students, the School will announce the inaugural winners of Placement Student of the Year and Public Value Placement Student of the Year. The presentation will be made on Tuesday 1 November 2016.
To be eligible students need to have undertaken a placement between September 2015 and September 2016. This can include term-time work experience, summer internship, professional placement year, UPP programme, volunteering, international work experience or the 20-week integrated work placement.
The winners will receive a Cardiff Business School award certificate and £300 prize money, and with consent will be submitted to upcoming national employability awards. The deadline for applications is 5pm, Thursday 20 October.
