James Davey has been appointed Contributing Editor; Marine Insurance and General Average' for the Lloyd's Maritime & Commercial Law Yearbook.

Annette Morris, Katie Richards and James Davey have been asked to advise on the draft Insurance Contracts Bill due for summer 2015 (Davey / Richards) and provide a scoping paper for the Law Commission's future agenda where it will consider fraud in tort (Morris / Davey / Richards)
