CPD opportunities for medicine and healthcare practitioners
17 Chwefror 2020
Continuing professional development (CPD) helps improve the safety and quality of care provided for patients and the public.
As such, CPD is a vital part of a healthcare professional’s career and it’s essential that practitioners and medical staff are given the opportunity to study to best support patients and their families, as well as members of staff.
At the University, we have developed several short courses that are designed and delivered by experts at the top of their fields, tackling some of the most interesting and relevant areas of medical practice and research.
Our CPD offering ranges from standalone postgraduate level modules, to distance learning programmes, and face to face study days and workshops. We aim to provide a wide variety of professional development opportunities, taught by leading clinicians, which are designed to allow you to continually gain new skills and knowledge throughout your career, whilst balancing your existing life and work commitments.
