In its 21st edition, the Quality Management & Organizational Development (QMOD) conference will focus on ‘The Quality Movement, where are we going now? Past, Present and Future’ reflecting the rich history of scholarship on Lean evolution of its host, Cardiff Business School.
A call for papers is underway and contributions are invited from all relevant fields of management, engineering, and healthcare, and are not limited to the conference theme.
Submission details for research papers or extended abstracts of 1000 words can be found on the QMOD website. Submission deadlines are 31 March for 500 words abstracts and 1 June 2018 for full paper or extended abstract.
In addition to the 150+ paper presentations expected at Wales’ first QMOD, attendees can expect:
- Dynamic and inspiring keynote lectures from Professor John Bessant (University of Exeter), Philip Holt (VP, Continuous Improvement at Travelport), Professor Mohamed Zairi (University of Bradford);
