Knowledge and innovation transfer

In this study we explore the work of what we call knowledge and innovation transfer (KIT) agents.
These are healthcare managers bridging research-practice; making connections and helping knowledge-flow. We will learn more about what they do and what helps NHS organisations make better use of research evidence and new innovations.
