On the 6 and 7 September 2016, the School of Geography and Planning celebrates fifty years of planning education and research.
The conference provides an opportunity to look to the next fifty years and towards the longer term.
The School’s choice of conference theme is inspired by the Welsh Government’s innovative Well-being of Future Generations Act 2015. The Act reinforces many of the central principles of planning including collaborative working, engaging communities and considering the longer-term in public life.
Deadline for abstract submissions closes on Friday 15th April 2016. Notification of abstract acceptance will be provided no later than Friday 13th May 2016.
Registration is now open and available via a secure online server.
