How to submit an abstract

The SWSBC 2017 organising committee is accepting abstracts for both oral and poster presentations.

Please email all abstracts to swsbc17@cardiff.ac.uk by 3 June 2017 indicating whether you would like to be considered for oral and/or poster presentation.

Submission criteria

Abstracts should be formatted using the following format and criteria:

  • presentation title
  • names of all authors (surname, first name)
  • presenting author underlined
  • presenting author’s affiliation(s)
  • presenting author’s contact email address
  • maximum 200 word abstract
  • abstracts can include one black and white figure.

Please save abstracts in PDF format and submit to swsbc17@cardiff.ac.uk by 3 June 2017.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded for the best presentations. Prizes TBC.
