Accommodation
Cardiff offers a wide range of hotels that are within a short walk of the University campus. Participants are requested to book their own accommodation directly with their chosen hotel or visit the Visit Cardiff website, where you will be able to view, select and book accommodation options.
There are also a number of other accommodation options available to delegates.
A number of rooms have been held at central hotels for delegates to book if they wish to stay at these locations.
Angel Hotel
A number of rooms have been held at the rate of £63 per room per night including breakfast based on single occupancy and £73 per room per night including breakfast based on double occupancy.
Guests will need to quote 'CABS110918' when calling to book. Rooms at the above rate can only be booked by calling reservations on 029 2064 9200 and quoting the code. Each guest will be required to secure their own booking with a valid credit/debit card at the time of booking.
The release period is 6 weeks prior to arrival (31 July 2018) any guest looking to book after this time will be subject to availability and the best available rate at the time of booking.
Jurys Inn
A number of rooms have been held at this hotel. Single occupancy rooms at £80 per room per night including vat and breakfast and double occupancy at £90 per room per night including vat and breakfast.
Guests will need to contact the reservations team by calling 0870 4100 800 and quoting the reference code 'JICARD110918'.
The system will release any unsold rooms automatically by 14 August 2018. Guests can still book after this date at best available rate subject to availability.
Guests will be asked for their name and payment details and a valid credit card as a guarantee. Payment is made direct with the hotel on arrival.
Individual reservations have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Holiday Inn Cardiff City Centre
A number of rooms have been held at the rate of £87.50 per room per night.
Guests will need to quote the code 'CAR' and the conference dates when calling to reserve a room. The number to call is 029 2034 7238.
Any unsold rooms will be released by 6 August 2018.
