- Monday 14 March - call for abstracts and open for abstract submission
- Monday 16 May - deadline for abstract submission
- Friday 27 May - decisions notified on abstracts
- Thursday 30 June - deadline for early bird registration
- Monday 1 August - final date for registration
Conference fees

| Conference dinner | £40 |
Fees include registration and delegate pack, attendance at all plenary sessions, track sessions, roundtables, lunch, teas and coffees during scheduled breaks, and wine reception.
The conference dinner is available for an additional cost of £40 and needs to be reserved at the time of registration. The number of places available for the dinner is limited and will be allocated on a first-come basis.
Delegates need to cover the costs of their own accommodation and travel, breakfasts, and evening meals.
